	~~Currently~~, we ~~use a combination of JIRA+Tempo to track time. Before~~ you ~~start~~ a ~~task, please start the timer. If you have a tendency to forget to turn off that timer, then keep a notepad next to you along with~~ your ~~to-do list~~. ~~Every~~ time ~~you get up from your desk or switch tasks, jot down the start and stop times, then record~~ that ~~in JIRA~~. ~~If you schedule a meeting with other people, along with the Zoom or Team meeting, please create a ticket (or~~ find ~~the appropriate ticket)~~ and ~~include that in~~ your ~~invite so everybody tracks~~ time ~~in the correct spot~~.		When you come onboard, we'll provide you with a helpful training manual during your onboarding process. It covers different time tracking methods that have worked well for us. You'll find useful tips and guidance on how to track your time effectively within our organization.
