Work Anniversary:
Bio: Luke is a back end developer in theory, though he admits he just does whatever needs to be done. Working in software development since 2004, Luke ran a web development company in Colombia, where he managed relationships with customers, servers and a team of developers and designers. In 2014, he came to Agileana where he quickly became known for “slow programming,” meaning the ability to program with calmness and intentionality. While Lucas admits he never heard this term before coming to Agileana, he says that he approaches everything in his life this way, whether it’s programming or his much lauded BBQ.
Outside of Work: He can be found looking after whatever is on his new BBQ grill, scuba diving or enjoying “anything related to music,” like listening to it, dancing to it or singing along with it.
