Our primary customer is the United States Federal government located in and around Washington, DC. So, our core working hours are:

- New Year's Day (January)
- Memorial Day (May)
- Independence Day (July)
- Labor Day (September)
- Thanksgiving Day (November)
- Day after Thanksgiving (November)
- Christmas Eve (December)
- Christmas Day (December)
- New Year's Eve (December)
