Bio: Carlos began his career in marketing and design in one of the few industries in his hometown of Cancun, travel and tourism. Though, because of his interest in software development, he made a deliberate effort to switch mid-career to web development and programming. Naturally, he started out as a front-end developer and over time, developed back-end developer skills. His full-stack development skills and abilities is particularly valuable in an agile environment which encourages cross-functionality and reduced bottlenecks and dependencies. Carlos has worked in the hospitality industry, healthcare technology, and government.
