Generally speaking, we have a flexible work schedule with unlimited paid time off. Family and personal health always come first. If you need to take time off for any reason, please coordinate 360 degrees with your team, let them know your plans, and take the time that you need. Having said that, there may also be times when you need to work evenings, weekends, or holidays. So, work when you need to work, take time off when you need to take time off. Please don't abuse our flexible PTO policy.

American Holidays

We are an American company that observes the following U.S. Federal Holidays:

  1. New Year's Day (January)
  2. Memorial Day (May)
  3. Independence Day (July)
  4. Labor Day (September)
  5. Thanksgiving Day (November)
  6. Day after Thanksgiving (November)
  7. Christmas Eve (December)
  8. Christmas Day (December)
  9. New Year's Eve (December)

We try to shut down the last week of December, but this is not always possible depending on the mission and client needs.
