Working as part of the Agileana family, the Project Manager (PM) will provide internal and external Clients with a central point of contact for projects. The individual is accountable for leading the project teams to ensure that Client requirements and deliverables are met. This involves end-to-end management of a project, encompassing effective management of Client communication and use of the appropriate tools to ensure the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects. In support of a project, a PM will assist with study costing and contract requests and is accountable for financial tracking and reconciliation of projects.

The right candidate is highly organized, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong project management skills, and is passionate about web and information technology. Employment will require successful completion of background check(s) following the Company policies. Will likely need to pass a basic entry level Federal security clearance process for Public Trust Background Investigation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and adapt work as required
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization and participate in and/or lead cross-functional forums and workshops.
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
  • Identify and surface resourcing gaps that slow our momentum
  • Managing large and diverse teams

Candidate Qualifications

  • 5+ years working in project management, consulting, or operational capacity
  • You’re structured, organized, and pay attention to detail
  • You´re creative, confident, and enthusiastic to assume responsibility and accountability
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • ITIL Certification is a plus
