Bio: Andre Matias is an agile project manager at Agileana. He holds PMP and CSM certifications and has been a scrum master for nearly 3 years. Originally a graphic designer, Andre values the process of project management, how it is continuous and always presenting new challenges to learn from regardless of someone’s skill level. He also appreciates how a project manager turns ideas into tangible products. He believes transparency is critical to his role as a project manager and is constantly looking for ways to assist his team to do the best work they can do.
Outside of Work: Andre enjoys playing soccer, watching movies, and reading about Tesla.
