We expect you to maintain your own information technology (IT) infrastructure appropriate for the work:
- Computer
- Monitors
- High-speed internet
- Teleconferencing
- Desk, chair
To assist you in maintaining this IT infrastructure, we offer an annual tech budget which is $1,200 USD (calendar year 2021). Normally, we expect you to work at least 6 months before disbursing these funds but we can make exceptions and accelerate these payments. It also might be better if we purchase the equipment and have it shipped to you directly. That way, it is a direct expense for us and not a taxable event for you.
