In 2010, we went to FedBizOpps (FBO.GOV) for the first time and discovered a request for proposal for website design and development. We submitted our first ever proposal for a direct contract with the federal government and won. We promised to design, develop, and deliver the website in six (6) weeks for less than $100,000. The next closest bidder came in at over $300,000 and said it was impossible to deliver in this short period – a period of performance imposed on us by the solicitation. We delivered the website in exactly that time without exceeding the budget.

Our ten (10) year relationship with the Administrative Conference of the United States is a testament to our ability to satisfy customer expectations, comply with government policies and regulations, and control costs. Our work includes website design, development, operations, maintenance, management, enhancements, system administration, cyber security awareness, FISMA hosting coordination, Section 508 compliance, and assistance with DNS registration.

After five years, the agency outgrew its initial WordPress implementation and we helped convert the website from WordPress to Drupal 7.  After seven years, we redesigned the Drupal website to modernize the user experience and improve its mobile responsiveness and accessibility. We anticipate an upgrade from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9 in the next fiscal year.

We have also set up a wiki page for one of their Congressional requirements and a database management system for a new Congressional mandate. As part of our duties, we have met or exceeded expectations in the following tasks:

  • Project Management
  • SLDC Documentation
  • Research and Consultation
  • Digital Analytics
  • Content Strategy, Development
  • Findability, SEO, and Metadata
  • Design and Graphics
  • Usability
  • Website Migration (WordPress to Drupal)
  • Section 508 Compliance
  • Drupal and CMS Support
  • Responsive Design
  • General Web Development Tasks
  • Web Application and API Development
  • Operations and Maintenance
  • Systems Integration
