Bio: Josè Alvarez is a senior PHP developer at Agileana. He has worked in PHP since 2007, when a friend from university suggested he code in the language. Since then, he has graduated with a system engineering degree and developed in several different settings (e-commerce, APIs, CMS) with different frameworks (Magento 2, Learavel, Drupal).
Josè has always been interested in technology, since he was a kid, he was fascinated with video games, desktop apps, mobile phones, and pretty much anything else that was tech. His favorite part of being a developer is working collaboratively with team members to solve complex problems.
Outside of Work: When Josè ’s 4 year old is sleeping, he enjoys playing video games (especially Diablo III) and reading. His most recent reading includes Junji Ito’s horror manga collection. When Josè’s 4 year old is awake … well, all bets are off.
