We are in search of a WordPress team leader for our small portfolio of WordPress clients. Most of the clients are in a long-term operations and maintenance mode. However, we do pick up some new WordPress projects that are either a redesign/redevelopment, or perhaps a migration from Drupal to WordPress, or a new out-of-the-box WordPress project. The WordPress Team Leader is the first responder to client issues and inquires. She/He will analyze requirements, prioritize issues, delegate tasks, and/or resolve issues directly. As the team grows, you will help identify, recruit, and hire new talent. And, you may also help grow the business unit as well by maintaining positive working relationships with our clients, seeking out new clients, and responding to incoming requests for proposals.
