Before your first day

It would be important that you hit the ground running on day-one of working at Agileana. So, there are some things you need to do to prepare for that first day:
- Set up your office (review Telecommuting policy)
- Set up your work station (we expect you to have and maintain your own personal device)
- Complete any tasks, trainings, or readings listed in BambooHR
- Submit employment (basic identification) paperwork requested through BambooHR
- Submit security clearance (advanced background check) paperwork if requested
- Employees: set up your profile on JustWorks
- Contractors: submit your banking (direct deposit) information to Finance Department
On our end, you can expect that we will:
- Create your email account and send you access information
- Create your password security account
- Add you as a user on Slack, Atlassian, and other SaaS apps needed
- Invite you to our payroll administration system (if you are a US-based employee)
- Schedule a welcoming introduction and series of onboarding meetings with HR and your new team
